Welcome to The Posie Booth! By using our website and booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Who we are
The Posie Booth is a photo booth hire and event services business based in England, UK.

2. Website use
- You may use this website to view our services, make bookings, and contact us.
- You must not misuse the website or interfere with its operation.

3. Bookings and payments
- All bookings made through the website are subject to availability.
- Payments are collected securely via Squarespace Commerce. We are a cashless business.
- Our standard deposit is £200.
- Customers can either:
  1. Pay the deposit when booking and the remaining balance later, or
  2. Pay the full amount upfront (including the deposit)
- Full payment must be received at least 14 days before the event date.

4. Cancellation and refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- If a booking is canceled more than 14 days before the event, the remaining balance will be refunded.
- If a booking is canceled within 14 days of the event, the full amount is non-refundable.
- If The Posie Booth cannot provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or alternative date.

5. Event duration and responsibilities
- Standard events last 3 hours. An additional hour can be purchased separately.
- Customers must provide accurate event details, including date, venue, and contact information.
- Customers must allow reasonable access for setup, operation, and removal of equipment.
- If The Posie Booth’s property is damaged , misused, or destroyed you are subject to a £250 excess along with any other associated costs.

6. Intellectual property
- All content on this website, including text, images, and designs, is owned by The Posie Booth.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

7. Limitation of liability
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or our services.
- Our liability for any direct loss is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

8. Privacy and data
- We collect personal data to process bookings, payments, and provide services.
- Payment information is securely handled via Squarespace Commerce.
- Your data will not be sold to third parties.

9. Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Any disputes will be resolved under English law.

10. Changes to these terms
